Is my data secure with Jolly Dragons?

Jolly Dragons provides a reliable, secure shopping cart where credit card and other data is encrypted and secure. Our website is Level 1 PCI compliant  and uses 256-bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

How long will my delivery take?

Your chosen delivery times must be added to the time it takes to manufactured your item. It will take 2 to 5 days for non apparel items and 2 to 7 days for apparel items. . 

What is your return policy?

All items can be returned to us within 30 days of having received your item(s). Items must be in a perfect and unworn condition with original tags still attached. Please send us an email to wecare@jollydragons.com to inform us that you would like to return your item(s). If your item was delivered damaged, you can send as an email with a photo of your item and we will send you a new one.

Are there any care instructions?

To have long lasting vibrant colors you must:

  • Wash inside out.
  • Set on a gentle machine cycle in cold water.
  • Do not bleach or tumble dry.
  • Inside out ironing on a low heat.
  • Do not iron on print
